Below are examples of the type and scope of services we offer. Each homeowner for each property can custom-tailor a menu of services just right for the situation.
WEEKLY BASIC SERVICES:
We walk through your entire home, outer buildings and grounds once per week, and perform the following:

Check operation of security system, smoke-detection system, electrical systems, drip systems, telephone, heating and plumbing. Specifically inspect for any water or wind damage, or acts of vandalism.

Irrigate all drains, including commodes, to prevent drying out.

Water fertilize indoor plants, if desired.

Collect and forward mail.

Serve as local contact with your security company. In case of emergency, personally respond on a 24-hour basis to assist police. Notify owner of every event.

Notify you of any problems; suggest ways to effect repairs, and upon your approval, arrange for such repairs to be completed.

Prior to your next visit, check all systems for proper operation; set temperatures for heating, cooling and hot water; check refrigerator.

Maintain a log of all actions we take and whom we allowed to enter the premises.

Other routine services you may require that are unique to your home’s needs.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL SERVICES
In addition to the basic services listed above, upon request we will perform additional tasks that are unique to your specific needs on a per hour basis. Some suggestions are:

Provide access to your home for your Guests, deliveries, vendors, etc.

Arrange cleaning services after you leave and before you arrive.

Grocery shop to stock your refrigerator and pantry.

Provide transportation with your permission in your personal vehicle to/from Santa Fe and Albuquerque airports.

Other services as desired by you, custom-tailored to your needs.
